We are building a new category of AWS Applications that will make customer-centric technology developed to support Amazon.com available to AWS customers. AWS Applications, like Amazon Connect, bring the power of AWS to intuitive applications that use technology like machine learning and robust analytics to help our customers stay ahead of their changing business needs. This new category of applications will leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence and the large ecosystem of AWS services to provide a truly frustration-free, easy-to-use, extensible, and natural customer experience that has the potential to transform business operations across industries. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity play a key role in defining and developing next generation applications that will be used by millions of people every day.

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Specialist to lead early customer engagements in support of these new AWS Applications. As a founding field team member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to lead early market development efforts, establish a lighthouse customers, drive early growth, and help shape the future of a service category that will have a significant impact on our customers' businesses. As a part of AWS's WW Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will partner closely with AWS Service Product Managers, Solutions Architects, Enterprise Geo Sales Organizations, and Partner leads, while also engaging with senior business and IT leaders at the CxO level within the largest/strategic AWS accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as successful strategic sales representative, with business background and acumen that enables them to drive engagement at the CxO/VP level. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

  • 7 - 10+ years of direct/matrix sales, business development, and program management experience

  • Experience leading value-based, transformational sales campaigns of enterprise application software with complex, global Fortune 500 enterprises

  • An understanding of operational processes in key industries such as Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Lifesciences/Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing & Service Parts

  • Proven ability to meet territory growth objectives through proactive field engagement, opportunity management and business reporting

  • Experience collaborating with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) and focused System Integrators on joint sales pursuits

  • Track record of building rapport with senior customer executives (e.g. CEO, CIO, CTO), building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts

  • 50% travel required

  • Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners. You've not only carried quotas, you've consistently exceeded them by doing the right thing for your customer

  • Motivated self-starter, proactive, and action-oriented

  • Strategic problem solving and collaboration skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences (both verbal and written)

  • MBA preferred

  • Extensive customer network

  • Experience with advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Statistics, AI, Machine Learning) and advanced cloud technologies

This equipment will include any equipment to which a set up operator is certified and assigned. Responsibilities Include 1. Certified to operate all automated Needle line assemble and packaging equipment in the area of responsibility 2. Responsible to produce Quality products per the established requirements, utilizing good manufacturing practices (GMP) 3. Perform machine set up, changeovers, troubleshooting, and mantinance with minimal supervision. 4. Clear all machine jams, following lock out - tag out /key interrupt policies and procedures. 5. Follow required inspection procedures. 6. Obtain and verify necessary materials and for manufacturing. 7. Examine inoperative or malfunctioning production equipement to diagnose the of trouble (mechanical or electrical) Complete minor repairs and or coordinate non-routine repairs. 8. Perform troubleshooting equipment adjustments as required to meet/maintain safety, output and quality expectations. Assist with major repairs as requested. 9. Make suggestions for improving product quality and equipoment. Collaborate with set up, team leader, engineering and other personel on quality and performancce improvements as required. 10. Maintain performance measurement documentation, including machine effeciency, volume, scrap and quality. 11. Responsible to complete requirements of PM's and cleaning as scheduled. 12. Maintain preventive maintenance program. 13. Production reporting Additional Responibilites 1. Perform other duties as assigned be Team Leader and required to the needs of the Business.
