Responsible for developing and maintaining personal banking relationships with new and existing customers and providing quality customer service. This position will guide customers to purchase bank products that meet their needs and use each customer interaction as an opportunity to introduce additional products and services to broaden the relationship. The incumbent will also train to work as a teller and will do so as needed.
60% Service Perform all transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately Adhere to all procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelines Operate computerized teller terminal as required Other duties as assigned and responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct 40% Sales Participate in various training and development programs Provide friendly, courteous, professional customer service Assist in bank promotions by regularly participating in teller awareness Develop knowledge and understanding of Univest Products and Services, Learn how to effectively apply six-stage sales flow procedures in all sales contact points. Learn to identify customer needs and cross sell opportunities to develop new business Hours Available to work hours of FSC operation and as needed. Available to work 2(3) Saturdays a month.
