Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to grow top lines sales at assigned home improvement stores within a geographic territory. Provide merchandising and sales support at Home Center(s) that carry Retail North America Division's products. Conduct product knowledge training and in store demo's. Shelf maintenance including down stockings, inventory management and installing / maintaining promotional displays. Complete weekly paperwork including expense reports and call schedules. Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits. Sales Service Representatives will also gather and document competitor intelligence information in the CRM. Ability to conduct product demos to support selling process.

As a Retail North America Division sales professional you will have the opportunity to drive sales, and grow your territory and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. You will learn a wide variety of selling related skills including planning and conducting effective sales calls, identifying and exceeding customer needs and sales opportunities, inventory systems knowledge, management, expense management, as well as promotional selling and basic marketing.

This person will be responsible for four to seven stores.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing or other Business related field

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule which includes evenings and weekends

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Strong organizational & communication skills

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Consideration will be given for significant industry experience in lieu of a degree

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Must be able to work all scheduled hours which may include weekends

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Retail store environment, paint department specifically, in addition to contractor site visits, including new construction settings.

  • Travel required within assigned region, potentially including overnight travel, up to 50% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

  • Positions in this class typically require: typing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, type, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see and perform repetitive motions; ability to climb a ladder.

  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

  • May require prolonged standing in retail store environment.

  • Ability to accurately distinguish color for the purpose of visual color matching and color recommendations.

  • Licensed and physically capable of operating a motor vehicle (passenger car).

Database Administrator for Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics System (ALIS) for the 158th Fighter Wing (ANG) Burlington, Vermont. Database Administrator for Squadron Operating Unit operations, responsible for ensuring the integrity of all the databases within the system. The Database Administrator maintains the internal database of the system as well as the individual applications. The Database Administrator works closely with the System Administrator to carry out and sustain system-wide backups and restores. The Database Administrator will provide maintenance of databases to include the following: backups, disaster recovery, database support (status checks, Oracle critical patch updates). Performs Database technical duties to include general backups, restore, updates, testing, debugging, integration and analysis. The specific duties include performing data transfers between operating units and other systems (internal and external), providing user access to data, keeping servers operational, configuring assets to support user needs, troubleshooting assets. Monitors test progress, corrective actions, hardware/software baseline status, testing patches and an overall status of the system. ################################### This is a deployable position. Must be willing to travel, to include Squadron CONUS/OCONUS deployments for extended periods depending on operational needs. Position may require the ability to perform in an arduous duty environment and is subject to all applicable U.S. Government requirements. Successful candidate must be capable of passing basic medical, dental and overseas screening requirements and must maintain their medical fitness for this position as a condition of employment. The selected applicant may be required to work at deployed locations, work rotating shifts, and work in excess of 40 hours per week. ############################### Basic Qualifications: Candidates must have a Final Transferable Secret security clearance Candidates Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access. In addition to the following: 1) Strong database administration and & software engineering process background 2) Prior Oracle Database Administration and/or Database Development experience required - OCA preferred. 3) Position is 1st shift. Flex schedule will require some weekend work whether scheduled or on-call. 4) Self starter & be able to Multi-task 5) Prior experience with COTS/Windows OS Software required 6) Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance and be able to obtain and hold Special Access Program (SAP) clearances 7) Excellent communication & Verbal skills 8) Must be willing to work off hours, to include 0300-1200, 0700-1600 or 1000-1900, and/or 1500-2400 depending on operational needs. 9) Certified in Security+ Desired Skills: 1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create presentation material for management 2) Familiarity with existing LM products and processes, to include Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) hardware and software 3) Demonstrated database administration skills, to include: a) Experience with importing large data volumes and managing large Oracle and SQLServer databases, be able to execute and troubleshoot database SQL scripts and report/correct finding and issues to the development team. b) Database backups for Disaster Recovery preparation and maintenance on the Oracle databases.
