Mission of this Position: "Bring the dynamic value of our 1-Tom brand to every doorstep by executing a relationship building process of diagnostics, sales, & service – delivering solutions inspired by well-informed client choices." Responsibilities: Produce "5 Star" client experiences by demonstrating your unique personality and technical skills. Participate in After Hours "On Call" rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies Consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in sales revenue per month.

Maintain effective communication with dispatch office to maximize daily service calls. Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle. Requirements: Good Motor Vehicle Report.
