About this Position:

The purpose of this position is to support the Powersport Business Unit with critical retail, wholesale, inventory, and industry data management and reporting against established objectives. Responsibilities include reporting wholesale, retail, and inventory trends, preparing daily, monthly, weekly, and quarterly management reports, and work with industry associations to provide/collect industry information and create/distribute Industry information to the Powersports Business Unit. This role will call for advanced data collection, decisioning model classifications, and the conversion of complex data into easily digestible presentations, graphs, and reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, analyze, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Management reports to track retail, wholesale, and inventory progress against established Powersports Business Unit objectives. Regularly audit data to identify reporting discrepancies and work with internal teams on resolution.

  • Data liaison with the industry associations for on-going coordination of Model Master information, database management, and retail sales reporting. Regularly review and audit outgoing data from AHM and incoming data from associations to ensure accuracy of information being reported and identify discrepancies.

  • Key point of contact for department ISD coordination/support and project management with on-going system enhancements and system/data issue resolution (SAP, Business Objects, Document Direct).

  • Provide PO support for the Dealer Network Unit, including vendor coordination on obtaining Master Services Agreement Orders, SOW, Executive Summary creation, and PO submission and tracking. Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting on processed invoices against department budget.

  • Continually evaluate internal reporting processes to identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and streamlining opportunities.

  • Perform ad hoc survey creation and data requests for teams across the Powersports Business Unit to support key objectives.

  • Support the Dealer Network Unit on special projects and key initiatives as needed.

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Analytics; MS Office (Excel/PPT/Word) intermediate level expected; experience with SAP and Business Objects preferred

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree; Preferably in Business, Economics, or Accounting
