Experience is not required; we love to train! This position is perfect for someone who loves to work independently, but with peace of mind knowing they have the full backing of a team that is willing and able to help them at any time!

What you do: Sales Representatives will be responsible for conducting in-home presentations generated from retail leads and must be responsible to generate door to door leads.

Ongoing training is provided along with a no ego approach to team culture. We are all here to learn and make money. We need people with great attitudes who are not afraid to talk to people they do not know! We provide paid training to teach you the Storm Guard Way.

Compensation and Commission Options: Top commissions in the industry! We will work with you to find the best structure to fit your needs. We offer splits (50/50/10) or Straight 10% commission. Salaried employees will earn percentages of profit on their sold sales. Several pay structures from 1099 to W2 with salary and commission. Bi-Weekly auto-deposit of all salaries and monthly commission payments.

Full Time Position.

Tuesday through Saturday during the peak season.

Medical and Dental benefits available after six months of employment.
