The Inside Sales Representative supports Omnigo Softwares drive for sales, revenue, and overall growth of the business. You will generate sales ready leads via outbound prospecting by phone and email primarily from industry and specific targeted vertical markets as defined by sales and marketing strategies. You will work with internal teams to develop and implement lead generation programs to generate leads and sales ready leads. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for all of the aspects of inside sales, including lead generation, and managing the sales administration process in its entirety. You are customer service oriented and able to work well with the general public, and able to set goals and help the sales teams meet these goals using a variety of methods and tactics. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
