Consult with America's businesses, leveraging Paychex key referral channels and partnerships to educate stakeholders on our services, and provide consultative solutions to increase market share and drive revenue.

  • Achieve unit and revenue expectations.

  • Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in company?s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.

  • Collaborate with key referral sources, including Accountants, Banks, and existing Paychex clients, with the goal of education, consultation and to secure referrals to end user sales.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new channel accounts through telephone calls, targeted email campaigns, and corporate marketing programs, as directed by Sales Management.

  • Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers? needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers to increase revenue and market share.

  • Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Paychex product offering to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.

  • Collect, complete and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.

  • When required, address and escalate client concerns to our Service Partners, and follow-up as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.

  • May be required to travel for purposes of visiting channel partners, and attending sales incentive trips, ongoing training, and/or area meetings.

VIEW JOBS 10/15/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-13T00:00 <p>The Inside Business Development Representative is a key member of the MDU Markets sales team who acts as a liaison between our marketing and sales team members to increase sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Responsibilities include researching target multifamily real estate accounts, developing relationships with potential customers, and identifying new business opportunities through outbound customer contact and communications.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>· Research target national and regional MDU accounts for understanding and build a knowledge base of organizational structures, company buying profiles, and company decision makers and influencers</p><p>· Bring creativity and effectiveness to market research and contact strategy implementation</p><p>· Generate new sales opportunities through various prospecting and account penetration strategies using market research, professional introductions, customer referrals, partner relationships, cold calling, etc.</p><p>· Establish initial communications with decision makers and influencers at key accounts in targeted multifamily real estate sectors through outbound calling and email communications</p><p>· Uncover customer business needs and identify matches for SDI product and service solutions</p><p>· Differentiate SDI by communicating our value proposition to customer executives through conversation, communications, and presentation materials as appropriate</p><p>· Pivot when needed to customize the SDI value proposition during personal interactions with target customer executives</p><p>· Employ a disciplined approach to building a robust sales pipeline for the sales team that is consistent with target MDU accounts</p><p>· Feed and maintain a new sales pipeline of sales opportunities to help the sales team consistently meet/exceed assigned sales and billed revenue objectives</p><p>· Accurately document and update prospecting activity and new sales opportunities in</p><p>· Schedule calls and meetings between prospective customer executives and SDI sales team members</p><p>· Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to help position SDI with our target MDU accounts</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred</p><p>· Two years of experience in a business development position doing market research and lead generation</p><p>· Experience working for a company that sells telecommunications, software or technology services to MDU markets</p><p>· Thorough understanding of business relationship development and the strategic sales process</p><p>· Strong business acumen with an understanding of the economic drivers of multifamily real estate sectors</p><p>· Solutions oriented with ability to extract customer requirements and position value-added solutions that address customer needs</p><p>· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written</p><p>· Customer focused with outstanding customer relationship skills</p><p>· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail</p><p>· Understanding of wireless technologies and enterprise software is helpful</p><p>· Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and</p><p>· Team player with unquestioned integrity and business ethics</p><p>· Personally accountable for achieving results</p><p>· Self-starter who leads by example and personal involvement</p><p>· Passion for exceeding expectations during customer interactions</p><p>· Multi-tasks and works effectively under pressure</p><p>· Eager to compete and overachieve</p><p>· Genuinely curious with a love of learning</p> Single Digits Bedford NH
