J. J. Keller is seeking consultative Sales Professionals to join our growing inside sales teams. Working out of your home office, you will be responsible for proactively calling on new and existing customers and selling our extensive portfolio of business services and solutions, including but not limited to Consulting Services, Managed Services, Cloud Based Software, Technology Solutions (ELD/Encompass), and Training. J. J. Keller's solutions have a primary focus on assisting customers within the Transportation (DOT), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Human Resources (HR) markets to meet their safety and compliance needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Confidently engage customers using a proactive outbound sales call approach
Ability to independently prospect and develop accounts to uncover sales opportunities
Take on the challenge of closing new contractual business while managing a sales pipeline
Proactively help customers solve problems by looking at the 'big picture'
Staying persistent to see your ideas in action by taking risks and challenging the 'status quo'
Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
High School degree or equivalency required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Compensation, Benefits and Perks
$40,000+ base & $15,000+ annual incentive plan
40hr work week, Monday through Friday w/flexible schedule options

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional airplane or car travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
