Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a Sales Representative to our exceptional team. This will be a very fast-paced position where you will be tasked with having daily conversations with potential cold leads in order to gain their trust and build a relationship for a future potential sale. A successful BDR must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the client’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to consistently make these impactful calls.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call people using a provided list to set appointments with other members of the team
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients as a backup
  • Accurately depict how Charles IT operates and what differentiates us from competitors
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s current pain points
  • Persuade the client to meet by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
  • Record the client’s personal information accurately in a HubSpot
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, client-orientated team
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing company and client base
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
  • High level of organization; strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Current, valid US driver's license is required
