Help us deliver what's next in outdoor living to our Central Region by serving as the primary contact for territory distributor locations, managing the distributor network, and prospecting for new accounts and developing markets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Key Customer Relationships
Within geography, serve as primary contact with established call frequency against secondary and tertiary distributor calls. (Distributor call elements are expected to be covered in each call.)
Serve as primary contact for day-to-day responsibilities for all top 35 distributor locations, which reside within the geographic area of responsibility, including central and eastern Ohio, and southern and central West Virginia.
Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts at each branch location in the geographic area of responsibility.
Customer Segment Business Development
Develop and leverage key geographic contacts for defined national account customers and Home Depot District Managers.
Maintain established call frequency with national account, Home Depot District Managers and national/regional builder contacts.
Primary responsibility for managing established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets.
Grow Business Profitability
Develop and execute annual business plan with Regional/District Sales Manager.
Deliver targets against key performance indicators within geographic area of responsibility.
Establish area-specific KPI targets in conjunction with Regional/District Sales Manager. Develop and execute plan to deliver optimal results.
Manage individual travel and expense budget.
Effectively manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility.
Four-year college degree with a minimum of five-to-seven years of outside sales experience and a proven track record of success, or seven-to-10 years outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Outstanding organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Lives and works currently in central or eastern Ohio, preferably in the Cleveland or Columbus metropolitan areas.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be an effective team player.
Must be innovative and forward-thinking with ability to anticipate issues and opportunities while employing strong problem-solving skills.
Must demonstrate excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative functions.
