We need a Brand Coordinator to be the "star behind the curtain". This person must have organizational skills, be ultra focused with great communication skills. The Brand Coordinator must possess keen research instincts to prepare Account Managers to engage in strong presentations, quotes and offerings. They are key to our business in promoting growth and retention of clients.

We are looking for impact players and difference makers that are focused, driven, can work in a team environment and have fun. The Brand Coordinator is one who values the Club Colors success and wants to be a part of that success.


  • Ability to multi-task during the day by managing quotes, orders, & prospecting activities
  • Ability to be a good teammate, strategize for long term success and execute the account plan
  • Sourcing product, quote, and knowledge of product categories such as apparel, promo, print, point of sales, etc.
  • Data and order entry
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills
  • Capable of running monthly/quarterly reporting on variable account characteristics
  • Open to feedback and ideas while being adaptable to change
  • Project management execution and consistent follow up with account team on progress/expectations
  • Effectively manage inbound customer calls and inquiries

WFCF offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. The main focus of this role is the origination of new client programs for supplier finance and receivables sales/securitization solutions for a US territory to be defined. The primary market focus will be Wells Fargo's large US corporate relationship clients, working closely with the US corporate bank and commercial bank. The originator is also expected to develop opportunities directly and indirectly through conference attendance, and generally developing a reputation for expertise in the related solutions and in delivering positive client outcomes. In addition, the originator will serve as an origination partner to other products in Wells Fargo Capital Finance suited for large companies, particularly international trade services. This position will report to the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Originations Managing Director. The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be to: * Meet established new deal originations productivity and profitability goals. * Develop and maintain expertise in the target solution structures and value propositions, working closely with the Originations leader and other division partners such as Underwriting and Program Management. * Coordinate with large corporate relationship managers in product education and relationship planning, using data and analysis to identify client opportunities and consultative calling strategies. * Prepare internal and external client product presentations. * Develop consultative-style relationships with key client stakeholders across Treasury, Procurement and IT. * Collaborate with Treasury, PCard and other relevant bank product partners in developing comprehensive client solutions across the bank. * Document calling strategies, activity and deal pipeline, including in the CRM platform. * Screen client opportunities based upon established parameters and analytical frameworks used to assess information regarding client's supply chain. * Prepare client proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and term sheets, collaborating with relationship, product and underwriting teams. * Participate in industry conference and networking events. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: leveraged finance, commercial finance, or investment banking Desired Qualifications * Lending opportunities analysis experience related to acquisitions, consolidations, debtor-in-possession financings, leveraged buy-outs, refinancing, and corporate growth Other Desired Qualifications * Prior demonstrated and quantifiable success in leading the origination of Supplier/Payables Finance and Accounts Receivable Purchase/Securitization transactions (or closely related services and solutions), with large corporate clients. * Strong verbal and written presentation skills. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Demonstrated experience in the procure-to-pay continuum including familiarity with trends among product solutions, IT platforms and FinTech solutions providers. * Understanding of supplier/payables finance, receivables sales/securitization, trade services/finance and other related solution areas, including the relevant legal and accounting principles. * Understanding of client ERP systems and typical data file transfer methods * Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of client executive managers, as well as senior management at Wells Fargo. * Strong self-initiative and self-management, able to perform at consistently high levels with creativity and passion * Ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment. * Flexibility to manage an active travel schedule Job Expectations * Ability to travel up to 60% of the time Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
