Sales Representative

Oregon Truck & Auto Authority of Southern Oregon is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. Also known as Line-x of Southern Oregon, we have been operating in the Rogue Valley since 2004! Our top candidate for our Sales Representative will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, strong verbal, and written skills, and will be results driven.

Duties & Responsibilities: This is not an extensive list of all duties.

• Professional phone etiquette.

• Scheduling product installations.

• Seek to understand customer needs.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers.

• Respond immediately to leads and customer requests.

• Generate new accounts for retail, dealership, and fleet business.

• Maintaining a clean and effective showroom.

• Be familiar with OTAA product offerings and processes.

• Responsible for generating new accounts for retail, dealership, and fleet business.

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strive to build a trusted relationship with potential and existing customers.

• Presenting product offering to groups of key decision makers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Timely response and follow-up on customer requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Associate's Degree Required.

• Highschool diploma or equivalency.

• If offered a position, you must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Avg: 40-45 hours per week)

Benefits: 3% match Simple IRA plan (immediate eligibility), Health Insurance (we pay 80% of premium for individual - eligible after 3 months of employment, one-week paid vacation after one year of employment.
