The Wireline Sales Representative will be responsible for growing the Company's wireline and completions product market share in the Permian Basin by utilizing existing relationships, cultivating new relationships and maintaining current relationships with oil and gas operations, operating within the region.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Must be located in the Permian Basin or close proximity to Midland, Texas.

  • Industry Experience

  • 5-10 years' oilfield industry experience (Wireline Completions) servicing oil and gas operators in the Permian Basin

  • Horizontal an Conventional Perforating Experience

  • Stage Perforating

  • Vertical Perforating

  • Remedial Work

  • Tubing Conveyed Perforating

  • Cased Hole Logging Experience

  • Cement Bond Log Analysis

  • Caliper Inspection

  • Specialty Logging

Valuable Job Requirements:

  • Pipe Recovery

  • Pressure Control Services

  • Grease Injection

  • 5,000 psi - 15,000 psi

  • Plug Services

  • Composite Frac Plugs

  • Retrievable Bridge Plugs

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting regular activity and results reports via phone or e-mail.

  • Market research; evaluating and tracking current completions and market trends within the Permian Basin.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, schedules and techniques.

  • Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.

  • Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
