We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Territory Manager to join our growing team. Task:

• Manage and develop a territory through prospecting and representation of brands.

• Diligent client follow-up and client communication.

• Serves existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call existing or potential sales outlets and other business factors.

• Perform and create custom project quotes on site, ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters (for all parties)

• Responsible for project oversight (including project coordination with appropriate parties, scheduling and client communication, managing client expectations, supervising painter teams, and ensuring client satisfaction at the end of the project)

• Achieve agreed sales and production targets and other KPIs (key performance indicators) within initial timelines.

• Actively seeks out potential clients within the community through various channels (i.e. networking groups, real estate agents, business contractors, client referrals, etc.) working alongside the General Manager.

• Performs administrative responsibilities in a timely manner: follow-up with leads, updated work orders, upsell options, proposals, customer follow-ups, daily work reviews, etc.

• Provides reports (monitoring of activities, work plans and monthly and annual analysis of the territory) to the general manager.

Ratings:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree is an advantage.

• Strong verbal/written skills

• Basic math skills

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Solid knowledge of computers and the Internet.

• Great leadership skills

• Willing and able to work weekly hours and occasionally weekend days.

• Transportation appropriate for the use of 360 Paint Sales, including unrestricted driver's license.

• Acceptable Verification

Bilingual experience preferred

Pay:

• Base plus monthly commission and annual bonus
• $30,000 - $80,000.00+ per year
