We are seeking a Sales Representative (Sales Representative 1) to join our growing team!
A Day in the Life:
Responsible for maintaining and developing business in an assigned territory. This is done through building a pipeline of new prospects and working existing relationships to increase sales of recruitment advertising solutions
Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients resulting from your own outbound research and activities including email and phone
Manage and grow existing relationships through customer service and identifying opportunities for growth
Work closely with marketing to initiate the sales cycle with specific, targeted demand generation campaigns with prospects and current clients
Work database of leads and field incoming sales requests
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of recruitment advertising solutions and be able to clearly articulate the advantages over competitors
Meet and exceed monthly quotas for overall activity and bookings
Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (reporting, customer database maintenance, communications, etc.)
We are looking for someone who:
1-2 years sales experience
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience selling business to business
A proven track record of successful prospect engagement
