This position requires interaction across multiple business partners to manage reporting intake requirements and translate them into operational reporting. Key functions involve associate management, development, report data governance, issue closures, audit support, and work prioritization. Responsibilities include associate development, mentoring, and communication in group forums. Additional business partners include technology, quality assurance, issue management, transformation Agile Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, risk and compliance. Responsible for making hiring decisions and training of new team members.
