The Opportunity:

The Sales Analytics & Commission Analyst will work closely with Sales Leadership to provide strategic business insight through the creation, management, and enhancement of a wide range of reporting and intelligence tools and analysis.

What You'll Do at Enel:

Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:

  • Support executives with data and reporting needs. Serve as primary point of contact for data associated with North America E-Industries Sales processes. Work across business lines and with corporate headquarters to provide necessary inputs for a Global view of sales pipelines, bookings, and all associated KPIs.

  • Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into insights and action

  • Build an infrastructure of standard reports to support and bring visibility to end-to-end sales processes. Develop distribution cadence for approved stakeholders to provide timely, actionable visibility into the sales pipeline, for forecasting, planning, performance assessment and other purposes.

  • Build tools to facilitate both standard and ad-hoc analysis

  • Identify opportunities for automation within Sales and Sales Operations processes and create tools to support automation

  • Serve as the Center for Excellence for Salesforce reporting within North America. Solve business problems with both standard and custom reporting, document best practices for report-building, and train coworkers on how to build reports and dashboards.

  • Implement processes maintain a high level of data quality per documented company policies. Work to improve data quality and reliability.

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our Sales Leadership team and provide the data to assist the team in optimizing sales outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VBA

  • Expert in or alternate cloud-based CRM

  • Experience with open-source programming languages a plus (e.g. R, Python, SQL)

  • Experience managing critical projects for senior executives under tight deadlines

  • Ability to turn data into valuable and actionable insights

  • Strong, concise communicator

  • Self-starter with ability to take on tasks with relatively little instruction

  • Able to work quickly and error-free in a high-pressure setting

What You've Accomplished:

  • BS./B.A.
  • 3+ years' experience in a quantitatively oriented business role
