The Sales Representative Limited Benefit Medical is responsible for sales and service of Mini-Medical products to the producers within his/her assigned territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of Company products, achieving sales goals.
Responsible for the development of brokers within his/her sales territory.
Adherence to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.
Adherence to company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.
Will provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.
Assist the Voluntary Segment Practice Leader in the general operation of the Mini-Medical divisions overall functions as requested.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors Degree required.
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience.
This request may be waived for exceptional candidates from outside of the of the group employee benefit industry on a case by case basis.
