The role of the recruiting manager is an integral part of Kemper Health's sales team and will serve as a critical enabler of the Company's on-going growth strategy. Kemper Health has a need for a recruiter to steer our efforts to identify, attract and onboard sales talent into the organization. This position can be in either Dallas or Oklahoma City.
Manage multiple job listings in multiple geographies on major job board sites including but not limited to Indeed, Monster, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Glass Ceiling
Serves as a subject matter expert in all subjects related to recruitment for the sales organization
Provides strategic guidance and advice in partnership with business leaders
Develops and maintains strong relationships with business leaders, external search partners, candidates, and external organizations to create partnerships that produce positive outcomes, predictable results, and credibility
Provides an accurate and inspiring value proposition to potential candidates about the organization as well as specific opportunities
Translates business needs and priorities into recruitment strategies to ensure timely development of candidates
Works with sales managers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Demonstrates a strong command of data and analytics with demonstrated experience interpreting and using data to influence change. Takes appropriate actions to adjust to business needs
Manages change within the recruiting process with workflows and/or technology. Action oriented and unafraid of calculated risk
Researches and continues to evaluate sourcing methods for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Leverages strategic sourcing strategies to identify and develop candidate pipelines The ability to consistently produce prescreened candidates for sales positions, including internal, external, nontraditional and diversity candidates, to reduce time to fill; increase new agent retention; and increase Sales manager satisfaction
Keys to success in this role include:
In-depth knowledge working with commission only sales positions
Working knowledge of minor/secondary/specialized job board sites
Proficient in resume selection and interview screening processes
Ability to understand changing business/market technologies and subsequently be creative in finding candidates to fit those parameters
Strong affinity for collaboration; a successful track record of being an effective team player
A superior sense of urgency with the demonstrated ability to deliver results
Strong business acumen: fluent grasp of those business issues which are most common to the insurance industry
Ability to succeed in fast paced environment and adapt to change quickly
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales recruiting experience
Superior communication skills: in written documents and presentations as well the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external clients
Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently
Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously
Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively
Generally, works in an office environment
