Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Denver, CO. This position will support the recruiting efforts for national sales positions throughout the country and will receive in depth training on our recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Our Sales Recruiter's primary focus will be high volume sales recruiting and will receive a competitive salary plus commission compensation with bonus opportunities based on hitting hiring goals. This is onsite position based in our corporate office.
Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of sales or recruiting strategies and techniques
Conduct a high volume of daily phone prescreens with candidates
Direct sourcing of industry candidates while also searching for top talent
Be a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, onboard new hires and manage the overall hiring process
Complete staffing plans according to the sales needs of all divisions
Equip and assist hiring managers with questions, assessments, offers and hiring strategies
Network with local and regional HBA and BIA chapters, relevant colleges, associations and approved vendors. Some travel required for events.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing software
Strong computer skills- MS Word, spreadsheets, internet, Outlook, etc
This is not a remote position.
Educational Requirements:
Preferred Experience / Background:
1-2 years of recruiting, administrative or customer service experience in a corporate environment
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000-$85,000 ($55,000 base salary plus commission)
FLSA Status: Exempt
Commission Structure: Flat fee per hire
