Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is adding a Sales Recruiter to our growing Centralized Recruiting Team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of sales, brokerage, and leadership positions to grow Legacy's business and strengthen Legacy's culture. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Salary Range - $55,000-$60,000 per year

Job Details

What to expect as a Sales Recruiter:

  • Manage the full recruiting process, including reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling onsite interviews, extending job offers, and completing the new hire onboarding process.

  • Utilize multiple recruiting sources such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.

  • Monitor and evaluate recruiting channels to optimize pipelines while managing cost

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple business units

  • Work with leadership to assess staffing/recruitment needs across multiple locations

  • Collaborate with operations team and onsite HR to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of hires and identify solutions to recruiting obstacles

  • Provide a positive candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for Legacy Supply Chain

  • Ensure new hires are on-boarded effectively and understand Legacy's culture and business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience with recruiting exempt employees preferred.

  • Exceptional fact-finding and listening skills with strong attention to detail

  • Experience using ATS (iCIMS preferred) and HRIS software (UKG preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple hiring manager, departments and seniority levels including sales and leadership roles.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate, interact, and convey business decisions with many different levels within the organization

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present organization to candidates and sourcing contacts

  • Sense of urgency to complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
