In this role you have the opportunity to

SPS Responsibilities:

The Sales Productivity Specialist (SPS) Team is part of the Philips Healthcare Sales Operations organization and is primarily responsible for assisting Monitoring Analytics/Therapeutic Care and Imaging Systems Field Sales teams with tactical and operational support. The SPS team helps Field Sales maximize customer-facing time by solving problems in an accelerated manner and providing organizational efficiencies. This allows Sales to continue to win in the marketplace and deliver a positive customer experience.

Primary focus:

  • Auditing of Customer Purchase Orders (POs) prior to billing/invoicing for accuracy, utilizing Philips systems such as SAP and SFDC

  • Identify, create, and drive corrective actions for pre-invoicing discrepancies

  • Consolidation and management of AR contact updates

  • Audits of past due billing documents, which can include invoices that have been disputed

  • Identify, create, and drive corrective actions for past due invoicing discrepancies

  • Collaborate with internal support teams including Order Processing, Collections, Invoicing Team, etc. to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner

Other Responsibilities Can Include:

Imaging Systems:

  • Make Right Facilitation

  • CO DAS Submission

  • General Triage Assistance (warm handoff to appropriate team)

  • Assist with Change Order inquires/provide status updates

  • Research DAS requests in regards to pending approvals

  • Assist with emergency SFDC transactions when an AM is on PTO

MA/TC:

  • Change Order and Make Right Submission and follow up

  • General Triage Assistance (warm handoff to appropriate team)

  • Updates for Orders on SELL Block

  • Provide order details to Sales

  • Provide assistance with Not Bookable Reporting

  • Assist with emergency SFDC transactions when an AM is on PTO

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in Monitoring Analytics and Therapeutic Care, Imaging Systems or Ultrasound Sales/Sales Support roles with demonstrated results in customer satisfaction and meeting company objectives

  • Experience with SAP, SalesForce.com required

  • Extensive knowledge of Philips Healthcare sales process including the sales operations, associated systems, products and initiatives preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power Point

  • Able to build and maintain relationships across multiple internal organizations

  • Excellent customer relationship skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effectively manages multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Lean E2E certification a plus
