The Clorox Company is looking for the next Sales Planning & Strategy Team Manager to join the Sales Planning team. In this role, you will develop and deploy cross-channel business plans for multiple brands. You will partner with the Sales Planning Director, Sales Planning Team Leader and 3D Planning team to influence the development of 18-month Category Plans.
Engage our People as Business Owners:
Drive the Business:
Own cross channel business planning for assigned categories and brands.
Exhibit cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective.
Advocate for assigned customers.
Customer and Category Planning:
Recommend integrated customer plan and support business plan release for assigned categories and brands.
Work with 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan.
Build Capability to Drive Growth:
Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required
7+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in CPG
Sales Planning or equivalent experience required
Field/Customer experience beneficial
Strong Category knowledge
Category Business Planning and Insights
BS/ BA degree
