The Sales Performance Specialist (SPS) works with multiple Community Managers and Leasing Professionals to optimize overall sales performance for multiple assigned communities and are accountable for sales results. As an expert on all aspects of IRT's sales strategy, processes, and related technology, the SPS contributes to the success of the team through the design and implementation of sales coaching initiatives which enhance the individual skills of each Leasing Professional.
You're a Coach:
Train, develop, and coach leasing professionals to optimize individual and team performance
Build out and deliver high-quality sales educational content, in partnership with our Learning and Development team, as a sales subject-matter expert. This can include digital presentations, how-to manuals, instructional videos, etc.
Quality control of the sales process through interacting with leasing professionals, evaluating sales shops, listening to calls, and adjusting as necessary to ensure sales excellence
Host and lead sales meeting to improve sales process, as well as visit assigned communities
You're an Analyst:
Routinely assess the sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide a competent analysis
Identify opportunities for improvement and action plans to relevant stakeholders to optimize leasing and marketing performance and goals
Measure the effectiveness of training programs and work with Director of Sales to adjust as necessary
Routinely analyze lead activity and lead activity logs to ensure IRT sales and guest experience standards are met or exceeded
Experience & Requirements:
4+ years' experience in sales and sales management
2+ years' experience in multi-family working directly with prospects and residents (preferred)
Ability to acquire expertise on property management software (experience using Entrata, LRO, or DOMO preferred)
Strong customer service acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and able to motivate and energize a sales team
Ability to travel to assigned communities (in-market or out-of-market) as needed (up to 50% travel)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Must have a Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance coverage
