Mission:

As a member of the Sales Performance team, you will manage Databricks sales performance events and programs for a best-in-class global sales organization. We not only enable the field, we create and sustain a high performance culture in sales through enablement, reporting and analytics, content creation, as well as company events. The Sales Performance Manager will contribute to the team by creating and delivering content for sales enablement, perform deal reviews, coaching sales reps and other elements of pushing the field to higher levels of performance.

The ideal candidate has a background in Enterprise Sales and Sales Enablement.

Outcomes:

  • Excellent sales enablement, both live and in webinars, recorded content, etc.

  • Insightful deal reviews that look for and find ways to mitigate risk to the forecast

  • Influential content that helps Sales move their deals forward and close at higher rates

  • Lower friction in the sales process through consulting with the team, Databricks, and outside vendors to find great solutions to make sales easier

Your success is measured by your influence with the Field and your ability to impact individual success rates and overall revenue.
