As a member of the Sales Performance team, you will help train, coach, and mentor a best in class global sales organization. We not only enable the field, we create and sustain a high performance culture in sales through enablement, reporting and analytics, content creation, as well as automating sales activities to optimize execution. The Sales Performance Operations Manager will contribute to the team by managing the reporting, analytics, and dashboards to measure the success of the sales teams. You will be responsible for measuring the key indicators of success to continually improve the sales teams' effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has a background with Salesforce and data visualization/BI tools like Tableau. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to think creatively and make actionable recommendations based on data.
Build reports and dashboards in tools like Salesforce and Tableau
Deliver trainings and workshops on how to make data actionable
Work collaboratively with cross functional groups like Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and the field to capture best practices
Help create a systematic program around enablement metrics, measurable pipeline generation activities, and overall sales performance behaviors
Manage and administer tools to help automate parts of the sales process
Your success is measured by the overall business impact of your ability to create actionable reports, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and support field teams to reach sales goals.
Experience working in operations and working cross-functionally with various departments
Ability to create reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Tableau
Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire
