Title: Sales Ops Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the rollout schedule; Generates and customizes reports in response to specific requests from Sales team, internal customers or vendors

  • Provides non-customer-facing sales support through the sales process and contract lifecycle management including: Executes manual order entry in orders management systems for repeatable orders; Serves as the help line for issues related to the use of orders management system systems or Orders process; Helps sales force with customer data researches; Addresses & verifies configuration issues

  • Responsible for the resolution for less complex service/ solution issues escalated by sales people, customers or operations by applying independent judgment and expertise.

  • Communicates with sales force and vendors; Coordinates shipments to customers; Works with the sales teams and vendors to set delivery dates (i.e., if customer wants to reschedule delivery date; Works with vendors and sales force to accommodate the delivery

  • Position supports the business division by performing day-to-day operational functions and providing support to sales associates and managers in their revenue generation activities; Responsible for administrating the importation and order follow up; Prepares reports to support Sales and customer's review

  • Position must be (internal and external) customer focused, with the ability to determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems; Position must interface with Manager/Team Leader to escalate issues, provide updates and effect improvements

  • Applies a basic knowledge of procedures and concepts of NCR Sales, such as Supply Chain Management and Vendors processes and tools as well as a basic knowledge of the Customer requirements (NCR Order Processes, NCR ERP System, Order Revenue Recognition policies)

  • Responsibilities include helping sales to create web ordering tool (WOT) quote, Order follow up, Arranging shipments from plants, Arranging importation, Delivery coordination, Cost sheet preparation,

  • Generates and customizes reports in response to specific requests from Sales team, internal customers or vendor, Reports and analysis (results, etc.), Revenue recognition support and notifications to related organizations

  • Work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria

  • Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of equipment availability and delivery and communications of such to the customer and sales

  • Responsible for requesting/inputting WCS CE work orders through GLO

  • Responsible for coordinating the schedule of 3rd parties installation vendors, such as Riggers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance field
0-1 years of related experience

Excellent knowledge of office programs and web tools - Especially knowledge within Excel

Basic understanding of systems and use as required to fulfill job function

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of related experience

Highly flexible; Self confident; Result-oriented

Advanced quality & communication skills

Knowledge and/or experience in importation /supply management would be an advantage

NCR is a trademark of NCR Corporation in the United States and other countries. * TITLE: Business Ops Manager * LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia * Grade: 12 POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Business Operations Manager supports Services by providing analytical rigor across the entire organization; including the collection, analysis, and reporting for/on services designated activities and initiatives. The selected candidate will support operational analysis, optimization, and reporting of organizational unit-related and/or results information. This position will be tasked with acquiring data, measuring productivity & operational efficiency for various areas in Services, as well as consolidating data from several database sources (i.e., Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access, etc.) to improve the users overall experience and reduce redundant databases. * Develops and/or assists in the development of standardized methodology, tools, and supporting processes/technologies in core analytic areas; including the evaluation of current reporting tools and processes and the appropriate design & development of new/modified functionality, reports, forms, and systems/tools interface to implement and streamline reporting needs, reduce redundancy, and establish standardization. Common responsibilities include operations analysis, identifying performance trends, scanning industry trends, reviewing operational analyses, and/or interpreting data. * Review existing processes with the intent to drive process improvements that deliver higher quality results and improvements across the organization; Critical for this position to develop a clear understanding of the services process to understand how process improvements can drive increased productivity, operational efficiency & customer delight * Conducts data collection and data analysis in support of services activities, initiatives, and/or projects. * Performs root cause analysis of exceptions in reporting/analysis and develops/implements corrective actions and communicates resolutions to all relevant stakeholders. * Assists in the development and preparation of fact-based, strategic and tactical cross functional performance metrics on a variety of data across services with the objective of delivering actionable information; including the identification and/or analysis of gaps and inefficiencies, identification of change management needs, and development of recommendations for the improvement in procedures, processes, and/or practices within the organization. * Monitors, analyzes, forecasts, and reports on key business unit drivers (from a Services perspective) impacting financial results; including the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, metrics, predictive models, and/or insightful dashboards/reports for senior management to track services related processes. * Assesses, provides input on, and/or identifies process and/or tool optimization opportunities to improve the results of Services mission. * Develops reports and tools for use by other supply chain professionals. Expertise in advanced Excel functions, VB macros is mandatory. Experience with database development in Access, Oracle and/or SQL is required.
