As a 2024 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars. You'll work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success. Includes bi-annual performance connects with your manager.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

• Learn how to work within a corporate environment

• Learn about the exciting world of fintech and the role FIS plays

• Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities

• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a June 24, 2024 start.

About the team

The Go-To-Market team is a cross-functional group of professionals who work together to launch new FIS products and services in the market. We are a diverse team that works with sales, marketing, and product teams around the world, creating strategies and programs to deliver the highest possible results. We create successful systems to educate the equip our sales teams with the information, deliverables, and prospects to effectively maximize the impact of each FIS product for our clients.

What you will be doing

• Create engaging and informative content for various internal and external communication platforms, including emails, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, etc.

• Design and develop PowerPoint presentations that convey key messages and data in a clear and compelling way

• Manage and update database content and tools

• Research and analyze relevant topics, trends, and best practices in content creation and presentation

• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone

• Collaborate with other content specialists, team members, and stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency of content

• Switch seamlessly between multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and feedback

• Follow the content guidelines and standards of the organization

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize and switch tasks throughout the day

• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Bonus if you have

• PowerPoint design experience

• Content management experience

• Sales or marketing knowledge
