WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our Service team. The Sales Operations specialist will play a key role in administering deal reviews, sale lead management, commission management, contracts management, and general sales operational functions that ensure deals are completed in timely manner with high quality standards to allow our sales team to focus on growing our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales administrative background with ability to prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment. You will be responsible for supporting the back-office sales functions, removing administration functions from our sales force, and collaborating with cross-functional teams that will allow CPI to meet customer needs, regulatory needs, and drive business growth.
Coordinate, monitor and manage incoming sales leads for prompt evaluation of opportunity and subsequent Sales associate assignment.
Primary contact for bid and contracts management.
Primary contract for sales collateral and marketing material.
Administer internal deal review process.
Manage SalesForce.com hygiene, reporting, and change management required to accurate and clear sales funnel.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Support sales and business development efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development activities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for new service sales.
Manage and coordinate Sales associates commission payments with finance, HR and Service leadership.
Define and track key sales metrics and KPIs, using data and analytics to measure sales performance and inform decision making.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or similar role.
Proficient in SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
