The Sales Operations Team is the bridge between sales and the rest of the company. Our sales team is growing rapidly and this is a great opportunity to join a thriving organization and help build the team, tools, and process to set it up for success. As Sales Operations Specialist, you will support our fast-moving sales organization in partnership with other departments including Finance, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, and Customer Success.

Day to day activities:

  • Provide quoting and administrative support to sales for both new and add on deals as well as renewal quoting and product upgrades

  • Assist in processing orders from customers through the system to ensure customer satisfaction, prompt response times, and data integrity for our Logistics, Customer Success, and Finance teams

  • Provide support for the onboarding of new customers and channel partners through vendor registration form management and portal registration

  • Maintain data integrity within Hubspot and Salesforce CRMs by updating account ownership, consolidating duplicate accounts, and filling in missing data

  • Work to improve sales operations and enablement processes, including quoting, order management, documentation, and collaboration with other departments

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure strong communication and collaboration across the organization

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high volume Sales Operations/Sales Support role

  • Positive, team-centric and customer focused attitude toward both internal and external customers

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM & CPQ at a SaaS or High Tech company

  • Experience with Deal Review and Registration, Quoting and Order Management

  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills

This role will provide assistance with project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation as well as accommodating ad-hoc user requests. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with a focus on client service and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs. Core Responsibilities * Support the execution of our Samples, HIFT and Demo Kit programs * Manage sample allocations by working cross functionally with Alkermes Analytics team to understand utilization rates and allocation methodology * Identify and resolve client sample related issues and escalate as needed so that leadership is aware * Help draft important field communications (in person, WebEx, Alks2Go, email) * Assist in ensuring the Alkermes Sample Program is audit ready * Maintain and update Sample Program documentation * SOPs * Work Instructions * Training Material * Audit Binder * Assist in the preparation of state and federal compliance reporting * Help to identify opportunities to improve each fulfillment program, including working with field teams to understand their perspective * Assist in the training of new hires * Provide standard and ad hoc reports to Alkermes functional areas * Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
