Mission:

The Sales & Partner Operations Specialist, [East/West] Territory delivers essential support services to our customers, our authorized resellers, and CenTrak's sales organization, enhancing sales force productivity and effectiveness, with a focus on customer success. As a key member of the Sales & Partner Operations team, we seek to provide insight and resources to develop more deals, that are more profitable, and with better customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Partner Operations Support Services

Provide primary sales operations & customer lifecycle support to Sales Director(s), Certified Resellers, and Enterprise Account Managers in assigned territory.

  • CRM (Salesforce) Admin & Documentation

  • Maintains consistency and accuracy of data in CenTrak's CRM (Salesforce), including data objects like customer & reseller accounts, contacts, roles, addresses, reseller level,

  • Open and update Salesforce Opportunities as directed.

  • Verifies the Opportunity Bill of Material (BOM) is complete, and Opportunity close date is entered by sales team

  • Provide International/National reseller, Government reseller, & specialty reseller support including monitoring, reviewing, and approving quotes and configurations as directed for reseller-sold opportunities.

  • Create new and/or maintain & improve existing Sales & Partner Operations standard operating procedure documentation with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Configure Price Quote (CPQ), iQuoteXpress, Support

  • Provide assistance to assigned Sales Director(s) and Enterprise Account Managers to develop quotes and pre-sales SOWs for customer and resellers. Engage with Sales Engineer(s), Product Management, and/or Service SMEs to ensure accuracy and completeness of quotes as needed.

  • Provide tier 1 quote approval for sales proposal of a specific opportunity threshold

  • Responsible for training assigned Sales Director(s) and Enterprise Account Manager(s) on the quote tool and tier 1 troubleshooting on iQuoteExpress software.

  • Complete quotations for existing customers or resellers <$50K in total value as

  • Match POs to quotes >$x for proper order processing and adhere to the established standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Facilitate Product Request Forms (PRFs) by managing requests from resellers and/or customers in Salesforce for additional products (ship ahead, samples, sales concessions, etc.).

  • Prospective Customer Lead Distribution & Inbound Calls

  • Responsible for properly distributing inbound lead inquiries to the appropriate sales or reseller as defined.

  • Complete associated documentation in CRM (Salesforce) and/or direct inquiries internally as needed.

  • Respond to customer inquiries from marketing@centrak.com and sales@centrak.com and irect to appropriate internal resources as required.

  • Schedule and maintain weekly/bi-weekly meetings with assigned Sales Director(s), Certified Resellers, and Enterprise Account Managers in assigned territory.

  • Accountable to capture meeting minutes & maintain list of action

  • Responsible for providing information to resellers regarding order status, product availability, confirmed ship dates, technical support cases, PRF & Return Materials Authorization (RMA) status, training availability & certification status,

  • Quarterly participation in reseller business review meetings.

Recurring Revenue Renewal Quoting

  • Responsible for tracking term renewal & providing quotations for customer & partner System Maintenance Agreements (SMA) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to CenTrak Inside Sales Executive(s) for assigned territory

  • Maintain appropriate reports to monitor renewals one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the term renewal date.

  • Determine the fees based on purchase and products in-use. Apply appropriate discounts. Revise as needed upon the direction of the Inside Sales Executive(s)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ Years' work experience

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite of Products and Cloud-based CRM tools

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ tools desired

  • Experience working in direct or channel sales, sales operations or healthcare IT systems integrator business operations preferred

  • Proven ability to understand complex technology solutions - specifically integrated hardware and software systems in the healthcare environment is ideal

  • Eastern time zone preferred
