The Senior Consultant- Sales Operations/Salesforce will support the Sales organization by managing day-day operations within Salesforce.com. They will report to the Manager of Sales Operations and will be responsible for:
Assisting with Salesforce development, including but not limited to permissions/profiles, custom objects and fields, workflow/process builder, validation rules, etc.
Creating / updating operational decision support tools including executive dashboard and reports- both within and outside of the Salesforce application
Supporting colleagues that are leading projects across the business by analyzing data, completing job aids, or deliverables under project plans
Performing Salesforce New User On-Boarding and providing basic support such as creation/deactivation, password resets, permission troubleshooting
Documenting and communicating business processes changes associated with Salesforce development and/or strategic initiatives and projects
Leveraging mass update tools like Data loader to maintain and update data
Staying current with Salesforce release schedules and the latest feature functionality
3-5 years Professional Sales Operations Experience
2+ years Salesforce.com exposure
Salesforce 201 or similar certification
Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Healthcare Background a plus
Ability to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities
Ability interact with all levels of management
Able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk
Demonstrated consulting and teamwork skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Able to effectively interact with all levels of management
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
Preferred is Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, work experience may substitute
