RDM's platform supports the fast growing area of Commercial Real Estate Technology (CRE Tech), which is related to Asset Management.
As a Sales Operations & Research Analyst, your goal will be to make our sales team as productive and efficient as possible. You will achieve this by becoming a go-to internal resource to streamline their workflows, relieving administrative overhead and performing industry research. You will also be responsible for analyzing marketing intel for the sales reps use as well as reporting to the COO, VP of Sales, and/or CEO.
This is a manager-level position and you will "own" the sales process and make sure everyone - no matter their level - is following our best practices. You will take on a wide array of responsibilities - from administrative tasks such as organizing marketing/sponsorship opportunities to providing essential stats and intel on the sales team's performance.
It is required that you have in-depth experience working in Salesforce - you will be the Salesforce expert in the group. Bonus if you also have experience running Hubspot or Pardot.
The candidate we hire will have approximately 3+ years of professional experience working in B2B sales. Ideal candidates will have experience working with a SaaS model, and some relevant experience in either commercial real estate, B2B sales, and/or software sales. We need someone who can collaborate with others, is a creative problem solver, takes direction when needed, and can successfully wrangle a team of 6-10 sales people.
