Partner with (Corporate) Commercial Training on all product training meetings: New Hire, Launch, Plan of Action (POA), Train the Trainer (TTT), National, etc.
Assess commercial field training needs and recommend solutions, as appropriate.
Partner with VP, Sales and Operational Teams on enhancement and supplemental commercial field training as required: CRM, Concur, etc.
Conduct or support Leadership Development and Selling Skills training as necessary.
Respond to requests from field leadership to work with commercial field team on desired development needs.
Communication and Support
Act as a communication liaison between the home office and commercial field teams.
Field communications (newsletter, feedback communications, oversee field advisory committee feedback)
Manage the overall strategic and operations calendar, organize staff meetings and business reviews.
Support VP, Sales and RSDs to ensure increased administrative compliance and productivity, and improved operational efficiency.
Support the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of the commercial field teams.
Partner with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administrator on effectiveness tools and system enhancements for the commercial field teams.
Regularly evaluate commercial field team CRM activity to ensure effective and timely utilization of CRM system.
The Manager, Field Training and Communications must possess the knowledge and expertise to evaluate systems and personnel activities to identify and deliver training, and/or make recommendations for increased effectiveness.

Ability to develop, leverage, and work across multiple internal networks (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Training, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, etc.).
Strong verbal, listening, written communications and facilitation skills required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational planning and project management skills are necessary, high results orientation required.
Possess the drive for self-development and an action-oriented work ethic.
JOB EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required
Ten or more years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience with an extensive background in both field management and corporate functions; training experience a plus
Product launch experience required
Travel as required; 10 15%
