About You

Youre an expert in CRM and marketing automation; preferably Hubspot. You have strong process documentation skills and excellent project management skills. You have the ability to understand high-level sales strategies and translate them into system and process requirements.

Job Overview

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the systems and processes that enable the sales and marketing teams to succeed. You will generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes, manage the overall sales operations process, and be the point person for information sharing within the sales and marketing teams. You will drive sales productivity and focus. You will establish, manage, and report on clear and consistent performance measurements.

As a Sales Operations Manager you will:

  • Develop, implement, and report on key performance metrics including funnel analysis, pipeline management, performance metrics, and trends
  • Proactively build projects including systems and process reinforcement in Hubspot, lead generation and dispositioning, and implementation of new tools and processes
  • Analyze sales activities and metrics to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement solutions for increased funnel conversion
  • Observe sales processes with a strategic and consultative focus to drive change and increase the number of closed deals
  • Engage with Sales Reps to get feedback on the sales process and lead quality and seek opportunities to drive improvements and challenge the status quo
  • Train and onboard new and current sales and marketing employees
  • Work closely with sales and marketing management to document, implement, and optimize sales and marketing processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales operations experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency owning and managing data and analytics
  • Expert Hubspot CRM and marketing automation administrator
  • Strong process documentation skills, and associated people management skills to drive process compliance
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to drive change in an organization with an exceptional collaboration and relationship-building mindset
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies and translate them into system and process requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent

You will create internal and external processes to help the sales team run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
