Responsible for driving sales process alignment/improvement initiatives across the ABL matrix, ultimately improving and driving strategic alignment to supported Acuity Sales channels and overall company.The candidate will work closely with regional sales management and strongly collaborate with sales support and marketing to ensure increased customer and Sales channel satisfaction through lean process intiatives and deeper matrix/customer connectivity.
Sales Operations Tactial Execution: (35%)
Assist in facilitation of sales process strategies and alignment of process across sales channels (Homecenter and Showrooms) with matrix partners
Identification of best practices and any associated gaps in order to drive process improvements and efficiencies in productivity
Provide continual feedback to Sales Management and Sales Operations Manager relating to performance, developmental needs and career enhancement/development of sales teams and individuals.
Process documentation within the Sales organization
Hold sales teams and individuals accountable to agreed upon service levels through use of ABS tools.
Platforms & Systems:(35%)
Train team members/Leads and channel Sales members on process improvements developed from ABS events or new policies.
Provide guidance in New Hire On-boarding.
Provide guidance to /team members for daily task escalations.
Use Acuity Business System (ABS) Tools daily for individual and departmental metrics.
Use Lean and ABS Tools to identify opportunities which lead to faciliating Kaizen events.
