Role: Sales Operations Lead

The Opportunity

What You'll Contribute

  • Become familiar with the FICO Global Strategic Partners business, by region, client/partner, product, account, etc.

  • Work closely with members of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams for the purpose of planning, quota setting, expense management, deal reviews, regular sales forecasting, pipeline management, productivity analysis, and overall business development.

  • Investigate commission issues to recommend resolution

  • Analyze performance of sales and services teams by individual contributors, product/solution areas and other breakdowns

  • Prepare internal executive level presentations to report on regional performance.

  • Prepare external customer briefings, quarterly business reviews documentation, and annual strategic planning session presentations.

  • Manipulate existing reports to isolate specific data elements that are needed to solve stated problems

  • Assist in creation of Salesforce dashboard and reporting to communicate and assess the health of our Global Strategic Partners business.

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports

  • Conduct special projects at the direction of our Business Operations leadership team.

What We're Seeking

  • Advanced experience in sales operations or sales management role.

  • Experience using critical thinking, problem solving skills to analyze sales forecast for business recommendations.

  • Ability to think critically about sales forecast and sales performance data.

  • Experience creating executive level presentations.

  • Experience in software sales management or business operations role preferred.

  • Experience working in a Channel Partner Industry role preferred.

  • Able to complete special projects as assigned by our Business Operations leadership team.

For more information, visit This position will lead the dynamic production team in Bozeman and will be responsible for overseeing the production of three product lines: laser diode instrumentation, laser diode test systems and solar simulators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, sales forecast and production ramp scheduling Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve products through complete production cycle Establish production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirement Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedule Interface with upper management, marketing, sales, production and engineering managers on production schedules Work to resolve (in the case of changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions Oversee the master schedule and ensure comprehensive compliance with material requirements planning for manufacturing Prioritize production schedules Plan and administer procedures for accomplishing calibrations, repairs and production Make budgetary recommendations on capital expenses and labor Select and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation of the production floor; schedule manpower and evaluate performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years relevant experience Prior experience supervising direct reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of proficiency of PC skills, including MS Office and SAP Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
