As Flow Kana's Sales Operations team grows, you will be responsible for providing the data and analytical framework upon which strategic decisions for the distribution portfolio are made. You will be critical in analyzing our strategy and creating an efficient distribution organization. Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills are a must for this role, as you will be one of the primary liaisons between Sales and other critical departments. You will have exceptional communication and project management skills along with a passion for efficiency, process, and cross-departmental cohesion.

What you'll do

  • Maintain business intelligence dashboards to help influence sales strategy.

  • Serve as project manager for partner brand and new product launches.

  • Understand the key metrics that keep partner businesses running, and power those by creating tracking and reporting systems within the Flow Kana Sales organization.

  • Deliver reports to an assigned portfolio of partner brands, which summarize sales data and trends.

  • Work cross-functionally to help translate sales projections into transport, storage, production and inventory targets for Flow Kana and all assigned partner brands.

  • Analyze the gaps in our current CRM system and find a solution that tracks sales pipeline, leads, goals and is suitable for a distribution company's needs.

  • Lead ongoing maintenance and management of the database architecture as new brands and revenue channels are developed.

  • Utilize data-driven decision making to identify opportunities for sales and marketing promotions across partner brands.

  • Work with the Logistics & Operations Team to implement and maintain inventory minimums in each distribution hub based on historical sales, lead times and sales projections.

  • Track special orders from production to delivery.

  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to turn data into sales initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Project management skills.

  • 3-5 years of sales operations experience, cannabis knowledge is a plus

  • Analytical mind that can identify opportunities for strategic programs out of raw data.

  • Data-driven and proficient in Excel and Mac iOS Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.

  • Experience using a CRM system, experience with multiple CRM systems is a plus.

  • Grit and passion to be part of a socially and environmentally conscious cannabis company.
