We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting, operations, processes, and systems. Our Sales Ops Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Operations and work with the Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance teams. Our Analyst will serve as the front-line Salesforce.com contact for the sales team, and he/she will be responsible for all aspects of sales order entry and management in NetSuite; weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; sales process support; and commissions calculations.
The ideal candidate must be able to reinforce sales processes diplomatically, but also be able to provide recommendations for improvements and be adaptable when changes are needed. The candidate must be detail oriented and be able to balance competing priorities.
