Forbes Media is looking for a digital advertising and media enthusiast to fill an exciting role as a Sales Operations Coordinator. The Sales Ops Coordinator will be a key member in providing guidance to the Sales team in the pre-sale process.
The main responsibilities include managing Forbes.com digital ad inventory, analyzing audience data, reviewing insertion orders, and providing internal reporting to various departments along with the rest of the Sales Ops team. The candidate should be an expert in Excel and have ability to analyze information critically, tell a relevant data story, and make actionable recommendations.

The role requires managing relationships, timely communication, and collaboration so you must be able to work well with various departments and personality types. Assist the sales team in the RFP process with inventory, placement & targeting recommendations, supporting data, and site level information
Forecast, manage, and analyze all digital inventory. Monitor patterns and changes and make optimization suggestions
Review and audit internal insertion orders for approval. Work with sales team to ensure everything is correct internally and externally
Help implement and maintain the tools and software necessary to properly and efficiently measure and report on the business
Coordinate with other internal teams on RFPs, audience data, campaigns, launches, inventory, etc. including: Sales, Finance, Content Partnerships, Programmatic, Edit, Ad Operations, Brand Strategy, and Marketing
Produce weekly reporting to internal teams
Extremely proactive with strong communication, customer relations, and analytical skills
Strong Excel skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Must be able to work with different departments and personalities. The position requires interaction with many teams across the company including but not limited to Sales, Ad Operations, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Editorial, and Billings
