The Sales Operations and Capabilities Manager (SOC Manager) role works within the Fuels North America Sales Team and reports to the Vice President, Sales.
This team leader role is a dynamic and fast-paced position with 7 direct reports. As SOC Manager you will interface with multiple parts of our business, including field sales, Marketing and Supply as well as other functional teams, i.e. Global Fuels Technology, IT&S, etc.
The position is essential in contributing to the selling of branded and unbranded fuel by:
Accountability for operational execution of existing customer-base
Supporting business development execution and new account generation
Accountable for key end-to-end Sales processes, including Sales compliance and Business Continuity Team Leadership
Management and execution of ~$140 million trade loan budget
Fuels North America business liaison with BP's Global Business Services (GBS)
In this role you will have primary accountability for helping identify, develop and execute systematic Sales capability solutions for the Fuels NA Sales organization. You will work closely with the BP's Downstream Academy and external partners for resourcing and capabilities thought leadership.
