Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding sales tool training sessions for new sales reps, including formal in-person presentations and webinars
Promote and reinforce user adoption of Salesforce. Com, CPQ, and all related sales tools and applications through ongoing communication planning
Work with Sales Operations Leadership and Business Systems teams to define business requirements, support testing, and ensure timely delivery of system/process enhancements
Drive process improvement; Analyze and provide potential solutions for sales process inefficiencies

Responsibilities: * Recommend and implement processes to streamline and continuously improve our current sales reporting and analytics to appropriately raise awareness and drive corrective actions * Optimize and develop Salesforce.com to ensure proper opportunity, account, and contact management * Establish KPIs to monitor and drive Salesforce.com user compliance and data integrity * Assist with driving behavioral changes with the sales force to maximize selling results and overall productivity * Identify and develop sales best practices documentation and training for the sales team around product line sales pipeline development * Establish pipeline analytics and reporting dashboards to support demand planning, demo inventory management, FAS application and service engineering management and other cross functional needs of the organization * Provide analytical support for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's from Salesforce.com and Tableau * Assist with the sales incentive compensation process for the commercial team, including target setting and territory management * Monitor external data feeds, interfaces, and reports * Test existing and new functionality in Salesforce.com and Tableau, as required * Engage and lead ad hoc projects and analysis, as required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years direct experience in sales operations, planning or reporting * Must have extensive Salesforce.com experience * Salesforce.com certification is a plus * Excellent analytic skills, with demonstrated experience in examining and synthesizing data to inform decision making, using Excel and other tools * Previous incentive compensation experience, preferably in biotechnology * Strong communication skills and client facing experience Repligen Corporation Waltham MA
