The Sales Operations Analyst will support BlueJeans customer facing teams, provide ongoing maintenance to business systems, and ad-hoc business analysis. We are seeking someone with excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills who can interface directly with users solving issues, enhance existing systems and support the Sales Operations function.


  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to document, communicate, and enforce policies & processes

  • Collaborate with cross functional operations teams to optimize and enhance the business system architecture

  • Create & manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, managed packages, page layouts, and security settings within

  • Maintain and provide day-to-day support for tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hoopla, Salesforce CPQ, Dell Boomi, etc.

  • Develop outbound sales strategies and programs with the use of prospecting business systems/tools.

  • Develop / deploy enhancements in SFDC that drive efficiencies, automate tasks, improve insights, etc.

  • Provide support to Leadership as needed, related to forecasting, reporting, and analysis


  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Sales / Business Operations

  • Salesforce admin required, including developing comprehensive dashboards, reports, and workflow rules

  • Proven success supporting a dynamic, growing, enterprise software sales team

  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

  • Experience building with Salesforce, Periscope, Tableau or similar data visualization tools a plus

  • Experience with various corporate and sales-specific systems, tools, and applications

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with competing priorities

  • Effective and strong communicator

  • Highly proficient to expert competency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word).

  • Self-aware, transparent, collaborative, and open to feedback

  • Effective in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches

  • Understanding that change is constant and known to embrace it. Agile and resilient.

  • Excellent sense of humor is a major plus

UserTesting is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join its growing team. This role will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations & Strategy with a focus on supporting pipeline management. This role will support building standardized metrics, enhancing data quality, fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests, and then will analyze results to provide insights, conclusions, and general guidance to the sales organization. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on, detail-oriented individual with experience reporting on CRM data for our sales team, with a proven record of turning data into actionable insights. This analyst will work in a high growth, dynamic, and collaborative environment, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Services, Finance and Legal. Responsibilities: * Create reports for executives and sales management, segmented by geography, product family, partner channel, customer vertical, customer size, etc. * Design sales reports and dashboards in alignment with strategic initiatives by gathering business requirements, providing subject matter expertise, creating, testing and deploying. * Help sales management enhance the understanding of their business, improve decision making and increase sales productivity. * Consult with global Sales leadership to identify automation opportunities and process efficiencies that will help our business grow. * Build repeatable processes to consistently improve data quality. * Understand our salespeoples' pain points and modify our tool processes for productivity gains. * Assist with demand planning by providing visibility into the sales funnel. * Resolve case inquiries and be a trusted advisor to our sales team. Frequent communication with account executives and sales management. Process corrections and adjustments as they arise. * Document business processes and create desktop procedures for monthly/quarterly close, commission accounting tasks, and audits. * Execute assigned projects as needed and recommend and deliver process improvements. Education & Experience: * 2-4 years is required, ideally in financial analysis and/or accounting with experience working in a SaaS or technology company. A Bachelor Degree required; Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred. * Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail. * Exceptional data analysis skills and problem-solving ability, including advanced proficiency in business intelligence (Tableau, Periscope, Looker a plus) or decision support systems, as well as Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.). Desired Skills: * Experience with pipeline management, demand generation, coverage models, and territory alignment preferred. * Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team. * Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects and to manage projects to on-time completion. * Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment. * Good business acumen and awareness of business trends. * Experience working with Sales Organizations. * High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity.
