Sales Operations Admin

Pure Ground Ingredients, a Certified B Corporation, is seeking to hire a Sales Operations Admin Support representative to assist our sales and operations team . This role is on-site at our plant located between Carson City and Minden, NV.  

The individual must be comfortable:  

• Managing sales orders and ensuring timely shipments 
• Tracking inventory levels 
• Assisting with customer inquiries and issues 
• Maintaining accurate customer records 
• Assisting with sales events and communication 
• Collaborating with other departments, such as production, accounting and operations 
• Updating sales and inventory records to ensure accurate data at all times 

Requirements

• Superior communication skills (internal and external) 
• Outstanding stamina for initiating and perpetuating communications via e-mail, phone, and direct mail. 
• High functioning in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on: 

                     -Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams-  

• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems and approaches. 
• Someone that values, and takes a disciplined approach to, Process. 
• A self-starter able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations. 
• Prior experience with an ERP/CRM strongly preferred (NetSuite a plus) 
• Coachability, you must be willing to learn new things and ways of doing things.  
• Highly organized  
• Must be comfortable picking up the phone and calling clients 
• Must be able to quickly develop knowledge of product offerings and ensure that existing customers understand the breadth of the Pure Ground portfolio
