Using effective communication and Salesforce skills you provide pre- and post-sale monitoring, escalation and resolution support. You ratify orders for completeness, accuracy and eligibility. You collaborate with teams in an office environment and should expect a high volume of client interactions.

WHAT OUR SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST

  • Perform pre-and post-sale activities to manage in-flight proposals and orders.

  • Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price and other information.

  • Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities, service requests and client records.

  • Determine the serviceability of client locations through assessments of available information.

  • Assess the ROI models, identify sites in the design configuration and validate against the ROI.

  • Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements.

  • Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system.

  • Evaluate order details, determine the correct order processing path and categorize.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: One year of project coordination experience; Three years of data entry and sales support or client service work experience; Three years of B2B billing and CRM platform experience.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical skills: Familiar with using multiple CRM, billing and other systems; History of building orders and selecting Salesforce billing code; Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Skills: Critical thinking and English communication skills.

  • Abilities: Team-oriented with the ability to handle requests and resolve issues in fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of telecommunications industry experience.

  • College coursework in a related field.
