Sales Marketing Manager

Job Description Job Description Overview: The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns (including digital marketing efforts), managing social media profiles, and measuring the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.

Also responsible for content creation, such as writing blog posts, promotional materials. The Sales & Marketing Manager is also responsible for assisting with developing and executing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This role combines hand-on direct sales activities with overseeing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with developing and implementing sales plans and marketing campaigns. Achieve sales targets.

Creation of marketing materials, digital marketing efforts, and promotional activities.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Report on sales performance and marketing campaign results to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools. Key Sales & Marketing Manager KPIs Sales Cycle Length:

The average amount of time from the first contact with a potential client to closing the deal. Lead Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads that convert into customers.

Leads generated: The number (count) and dollar amount of potential client business opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our company by effectively combining innovative marketing strategies with proactive sales efforts.
