Idyllic Enterprises is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director with extensive hands-on experience in a high-performing leadership role. To be successful in this role the Sales & Marketing Director will possess the internal drive to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives as well as develop key marketing and sales strategies domestically and internationally. The Sales & Marketing Director will be the one to ensure that our sales and marketing teams are well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people using effective communication, innovation, inspiration and setting the tone of the team while working side by side with them. The area of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of sales and marketing as a whole. The Sales & Marketing Director must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run these two departments. You will be a part of the management team, a direct report to the CEO and your work will be a critical factor in the companys overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the sales and marketing departments and provide guidance and feedback to other professionals
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales & marketing personnel
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Advise in structuring and the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) and monitor performance
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Identify, monitor and analyze performance metrics- KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and suggest improvements
  • Prepare weekly analytics reports for the CEO to show trends, provide updates, and discuss changes

Requirements

  • Full-time, on-site availability in the Scott City, MO location
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field OR extensive leadership experience in a management role
  • Previous experience as a sales or marketing manager
  • Bonus Qualification: Familiarity with Health & Fitness Nutritional Industry
