HHHunt's Spring Arbor Senior Living of Greenville is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director responsible for marketing, leasing and networking goals for the community by developing and implementing a marketing plan within our company guidelines. The Marketing Director must meet or exceed the community's quarterly sales and revenue goals.

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing and Revenue

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, to include tracking the success of the strategies

  • Plan and implement engaging marketing activities and events

  • Host and attend community events and develop positive community relations

  • Monitor and maintain budget

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to determine the communities advertising needs

  • Meet all monthly sales activity standards including: follow up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, and monthly lead banking mailings

  • Meet the community's move-in and census goals each month and remove any barriers to meeting the goals

  • Establish a strong network of professional and agency referral sources

  • Research and maintain information on local competition including rates, specials, services, etc.

  • Implement and monitor a move-in system to ensure all resident records are complete prior to admission

  • Provide required information and communicate effectively with other team members about move-in activity and resident/family needs

  • Coordinate new residents' furniture details

  • Complete weekly and quarterly census reports

  • Schedule presentations with prospective residents and families, ensuring that presentations are brand and customer-focused and accurate

  • Support Resident Care Director in the assessment process to determine eligibility for resident occupancy

  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights and report observed violations

  • Protect privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to the resident, employee, community, and company records

  • Function as part of the management team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Knowledge of the local market preferred

  • Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or service environment preferred

  • Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others

  • Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment

The Copy & Print Associate is accountable for demonstrating these behaviors and positively contributing to key business metrics. Reports to: Sales and Service Manager. Essential Skills and Experience: * Building Relationships: Expertly skilled at comfortably connecting with customers in an open and informative way that supports the establishment of a Trusted Advisor relationship between the customer and Staples. Curious about the customer's business and needs beyond the initial transaction and is comfortable leveraging this trusted relationship to offer and provide solutions to support the customer's copy and print needs. Additionally works collaboratively with peers to ensure the department and customer's needs are met * Focus on Service - Anticipate Service Needs: Demonstrates a passion for engaging with customers with the intent to identify and meet the customer's needs. Consistently seeks out ways to provide service and solutions that will positively impact the customer's experience and ensure Staples is always the customer's first choice in all copy and print solutions. Ensures an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat, clean and organized center * Adaptability: Thrives in a fast paced complex working environment.
