Job Description Job Description South Amboy, NJ - Salary Range 50-75k Job Brief This position requires a critical thinker and self-starter with relationship building skills, a comitment to customer satisfaction who is ready to hit the ground running and be the “right hand” of the sales team. Working day to day with the team to track and coordinate deals and ownership over our social media and marketing presence in the industry.

Responsibilities Supporting role for tracking and managing data from the opportunity to deal close process along with social media and marketing products, services, posts, helping to push our company recognition, audience and branding to the next level. Supports the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction, keeping relevant KPIs current and communicating to senior management during schedule meetings Administers and maintains customer information and workflows in the CRM Program (HubSpot) Participates in training on the HubSpot updates and new features and rolls out to team as applicable and necessary Monitors and tracks existing bids to assist in bringing to a successful conclusion Supports team members and peers to achieve KPIs and company goals and manage dashboards/reports/data quality of sales information Manage cold outreach relationship to assure consistent deal flow to the top of the sales funnel Maintaining supplies of sales presentation and marketing materials including but not limited to slides, brochures, business cards, company apparel and swag inventory Develop and deliver presentations, for both internal KPI data and external use for customer presentations Develop, coordinate, and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns across our companies Maintain and update company websites, social media accounts, vehicle branding and customer contact lists Evaluate market trends, conduct market research, identify target audiences and opportunities to meet or exceed marketing goals Prepare and publish quarterly company newsletters to customer base Requirements Experience with CRM software required (HubSpot) Proficient with PowerPoint required Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams Wordpress experience helpful High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload Excellent organizational and time management skills and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines Familiarity with the Sales/Estimating/Marketing 2 year (Required) Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related field Must be punctual, dependable and be able to take initiative and be proactive ZR
